What is a Private Transfer?
A private transfer Service is for passengers who would prefer to have a private vehicle and driver assigned to their family, friends or business group. The fee for this service is determined by the type of vehicle used which is dependant on the number of passengers. Because the private transfer is organised according to your Flight arrival time at the airport this eliminates the waiting period, and is a direct transfer to the destination of your choice. The Private transfer fee is not charged per person, but on how many vehicles you will need. When travelling with the private transfer service you can go to any private address.
What is a Luxury VIP Private Transfer?
This Transfer includes all the details of the private transfer service and the private transfer, in addition to this you will be travelling in a comfortable and luxurious full size SUV Chevy Suburban or similar vehicle.
Where do I go when I arrive at the airport?
After clearing immigration and customs proceed to the waiting area, your driver will be standing outside the airport holding a banner with your name on it.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight arrival information and adjust your pickup time accordingly in the event of a delay.
What happens if I miss my flight or my flight is cancelled?

Where will you wait for me at my hotel/apartment/home?

What happens if I’ve lost my luggage? How long will the driver wait for me?
You should inform our representative at the airport or contact us via email or telephone.
How much luggage can I take with me? Are there any restrictions on luggage (weight)?

What if I need to cancel my private transfer?
If you cancel your Sol Cana Tours transportation more than 12 hours before you are scheduled to arrive, there is no penalty Sol Cana Tours. will refund 100% of paid money. If you cancel less than 12 hours before you are scheduled to arrive, Sol Cana Tours will refund 50% of monies paid. In cases when not everything goes as planned and you miss your flight or your flight is cancelled you should contact us with the new flight information and Sol Cana Tours will provide your transportation at no extra cost, regardless of the new date and / or time.
